All farmed Organic (in conversion with Ecocert since 2019), with biodynamic methods.
Base wine is fermented with ambient yeast primary and malolactic fermentations with no added SO2. Aged 10 months in 600-liter barrels (40%) and in stainless steel tank (60%). No fining, no filtration.
