100% hand-harvested Negramoll from Garome in the northwestern part of the island, a site Victoria has been working with for the last 4 years. Vines here were planted between 1932-1993 at an altitude of about 1,400 meters. Grapes are destemmed, foot pressed and briefly macerated. Spontaneous fermentation in oak barrels and aged for 11 months.
