Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Oseleta all from their estate (certified organic) vineyards. The sit within the zones of Mezzane and Tregnano planted in 2001.
In the cellar, the grapes are slightly dried (for about 20 days). The wine is then fermented in stainless steel where it then undergoes malolactic fermentation. And then goes into 20 HL botti (french oak – allier) for 3 to six months.
