Sourced of their estate vineyards in Fontane and Bastonaca in the Vittoria region. Hand-harvested. Vines average 12 years of age. Spontaneous fermentation in concrete tanks on the skins with indigenous yeast. Seven to ten days of skin contact. Aged in concrete vats for eight months followed by three months in the bottle before release.
