Farming: Biodynamic (certified)
Fining/Filtration: Unfined/Unfiltered
The vinifications are done in open wooden vats with punching down three to four times a day for 12-15 days and 10 more days of maceration before the initial racking. The wine is vinified and aged in stainless steel.
