This Champagne comes from the Côteaux sud d’Epernay, Vallée de la Marne and Côte des Blancs on clay over chalky subsoils.
Vinification: Grapes are picked up by hand when fully ripen, and traditionally pressed. Alcoholic fermentation in vats and barrels according to grape varieties and plots.
Ageing during 6 months and light filtration before bottling during the spring time; ; 4.5 gr/l dosage.
